We use PayPal to process our ad payments. Our campaigns are billed quarterly using subscription payments. This means that PayPal will automatically submit payment every 3 months or until you cancel. As long as you maintain your subscription, your rate will NEVER RAISE and you will never lose your position! You can cancel at any time via your PayPal account (instructions below) or by (please include your subscription #) for help. Benefits of re-occurring/subscription based payments:

Use the diagram below for help on the different banner sizes. Dimensions need to be exact to ensure your banner is clear and displayed as created so it's highly recommended to stick to these exact dimensions. Sidebar ads are served on a first come first serve basis* and any shared spaces are limited**.
*Ads are positioned on a first come first serve basis. Ads are inserted at the bottom of it's zone and move up as spaces become available. As long as you maintain your subscription, your ad will never be moved down in its ad zone and will have priority for higher spaces over newer ads. **The Leaderboard advertising pool is currently averaging 3-5 advertisers; max 10. |

1) What are Paypal subscriptions?
Paypal subscriptions are an automatic way of setting up a re-occurring
billing schedule. Every 3 months your
PayPal account will be automatically debited for the next 3 months. You PayPal
account will continue to be debited and your banner ad will remain up as long as
you do not cancel. It can make for a very easy book keeping process and also you
know that your rate will not go up on you as long as you keep your subscription active. You're also receiving a discount for subscription plans.
2)How do I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription from your transaction history with/in YOUR
PAYPAL account. A subscription can be canceled up to the day of the next
scheduled payment and your ad will remain till the end of the current billing
cycle.

3) Do I have to commit to a re-occurring subscription? Can I
just do 1 month?
While we encourage the subscription payments because we believe that long term
advertising commitments are more beneficial and easier to maintain, you may
choose flat monthly payments. Per month rates are not the same as subscription rates (sub rates are lower per month). See below for rates.
To purchase a 1 month ad: Please first send a PayPal payment to (PayPal account required). After you have made a payment, your banner (either as a URL or attachment), website URL and your payment transaction number to create your ad. As with subscription payments, advertising payments are non-refundable and follow the same terms.

4) I just got billed for the subscription payment and forgot
that I wanted to cancel. Can I get a refund?
As stated in the terms you agreed to, advertising
payments are non-refundable. Please log into your PayPal account and
cancel your subscription now, so you will not be billed again after this term. AS OUR TERMS STATE, you need to cancel before the next billing cycle.
5) How long after payment is made will it take to get my
banner up?
Assuming with have the appropriate size banner and your website address,
your banner will be added with in 24-48 hours after payment. If you do not see your
banner or haven't heard from us, please send your website link and banner to contact [at] topbabyblogs [dot] com (removing the brackets and spaces).
6) I don't have a banner that is 125 x 125, 120 x 240 or 120
by 90 px!
If you don't have a banner of those proportions, you will need to have one made. But don't worry, all three of those sizes are standard size banners used
universally across the web. Sorry, only those specific size banners will be accepted. If you don't have a web designer, here are a handful of web designers that may be able to help.
