This means all leaderboard advertisers share one space. A new/random banner is shown on each page refresh. To maximize visibility, the number of banners allowed are limited. Static = Static banners are dedicated and given on a first come first serve basis. This means that your banner will load on every page refresh and will remain in the same spot. As ads expire, older ads will move up the page.
We use PayPal to process our ad payments. Our campaigns are billed quarterly using subscription payments. This means that PayPal will automatically submit payment every 3 months or until you cancel. As long as you maintain your subscription, your rate will NEVER RAISE and you will never lose your position! You can cancel at any time via your PayPal account (instructions below) or by  (please include your subscription #) for help. Benefits of re-occurring/subscription based payments: No having to remember if you need to pay or not No worries if you banner has been removed No reminder emails to deal with Best of all... no depressing rate hikes! Once you lock in your rate with a subscription, that is your price for life (or until you cancel it).
Use the diagram below for help on the different banner sizes. Dimensions need to be exact to ensure your banner is clear and displayed as created so it's highly recommended to stick to these exact dimensions. Sidebar ads are served on a first come first serve basis* and any shared spaces are limited**. *Ads are positioned on a first come first serve basis. Ads are inserted at the bottom of it's zone and move up as spaces become available. As long as you maintain your subscription, your ad will never be moved down in its ad zone and will have priority for higher spaces over newer ads. **The Leaderboard advertising pool is currently averaging 3-5 advertisers; max 10.

It's very important that you read these terms and understand how the PayPal subscriptions work because refunds will not be given. By submitting payment for banner advertising on TopBabyBlogs.Com, you agree that you have read and agree to these terms. 

(Advertiser = You, TopBabyBlogs.Com = Us/Our): 1) Advertising is purchased, in advance on a quarterly basis using re-occurring billing via PayPal subscriptions. Payments are non-refundable. 2) In the case that Advertisers banner ad is removed from TopBabyBlogs.Com before the paid-for period ends and the Advertiser has not broken any of these terms, the advertiser will be due a prorated refund for the remainder of the previously paid-for period.  3) If the advertisers website becomes inactive, it is Advertiser's responsibility to inform TopBabyBlogs.Com immediately. Refunds for inactive or parked websites will not be given but any remaining paid for days may be paused for up to 14 days. 4) By signing up for Quarterly Subscription Payments, you acknowledge that you will be billed automatically approximately every 3 months until YOU cancel your subscription via your PayPal account. Quarterly payments are managed via PayPal's subscription payments. If Advertiser chooses the quarterly payment option, Advertiser is agreeing to a re-occurring payment and that payment will automatically be deducted from Advertiser's PayPal account every 3 months until cancelled. Payments are non-refundable. It's the responsibility of Advertiser (again that's YOU) to cancel the PayPal subscription via Advertiser's PayPal account before the end of the current billing cycle to avoid being billed again. If you fail to cancel your account and are re-billed, you may cancel your payments via your PayPal account further billing but you will NOT receive a refund for the current billing cycle payment. All ads will remain active until the end of the current (cancelled) billing cycle. 5) *Once Advertiser's subscription rate is established, it will not be raised. If the subscription payment fails, Advertiser subscription may be cancelled and Advertiser will be subject to the new rates. You may cancel at any time if you do not wish to continue your subscription but refunds will not be given. Upon canceling your subscription, you will not be billed again and your banner will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You must cancel your subscription payment before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to be re-billed. Payments are non-refundable. 6) Advertisers agrees to refrain from promoting sites related to gambling, pharmaceutical drugs, and adult content during the contracted period with TopBabyBlogs.Com. 7) All Advertisers are reviewed for appropriateness. If your banner or website is deemed not suitable for TopBabyBlogs.Com for any reason, you will be given a full and prompt refund. TopBabyBlogs.Com reserves the right to reject any ad/Advertiser for any reason.

Advertising Frequently Asked Questions:

1) What are Paypal subscriptions?
Paypal subscriptions are an automatic way of setting up a re-occurring billing schedule. Every 3 months your PayPal account will be automatically debited for the next 3 months. You PayPal account will continue to be debited and your banner ad will remain up as long as you do not cancel. It can make for a very easy book keeping process and also you know that your rate will not go up on you as long as you keep your subscription active. You're also receiving a discount for subscription plans.

2)How do I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription from your transaction history with/in YOUR PAYPAL account. A subscription can be canceled up to the day of the next scheduled payment and your ad will remain till the end of the current billing cycle.

Here's How: Click My Account. Click History at the top of the page. Select Subscriptions from the Show menu. Check the From box and change the date back 2 years. Click Search. Click Details to view the details of a specific Subscription Creation. Click Cancel Subscription. Click Cancel Subscription again.

3) Do I have to commit to a re-occurring subscription? Can I just do 1 month?
While we encourage the subscription payments because we believe that long term advertising commitments are more beneficial and easier to maintain, you may choose flat monthly payments. Per month rates are not the same as subscription rates (sub rates are lower per month). See below for rates.

To purchase a 1 month ad: Please first send a PayPal payment to   (PayPal account required). After you have made a payment, your banner (either as a URL or attachment), website URL and your payment transaction number to create your ad. As with subscription payments, advertising payments are non-refundable and follow the same terms.

4) I just got billed for the subscription payment and forgot that I wanted to cancel. Can I get a refund?
As stated in the terms you agreed to, advertising payments are non-refundable. Please log into your PayPal account and cancel your subscription now, so you will not be billed again after this term. AS OUR TERMS STATE, you need to cancel before the next billing cycle.

5) How long after payment is made will it take to get my banner up?
Assuming with have the appropriate size banner and your website address, your banner will be added with in 24-48 hours after payment. If you do not see your banner or haven't heard from us, please send your website link and banner to contact [at] topbabyblogs [dot] com (removing the brackets and spaces).

6) I don't have a banner that is 125 x 125, 120 x 240 or 120 by 90 px!
If you don't have a banner of those proportions, you will need to have one made. But don't worry, all three of those sizes are standard size banners used universally across the web. Sorry, only those specific size banners will be accepted. If you don't have a web designer, here are a handful of web designers that may be able to help.
